A complexly layered piece, this two-part interactive and live-participation installation uses the audience to help create the sound score. A visual compression of neon strip-club signs and images of the goddess Aphrodite is projected into an installation of large-scale scrim fabric panels, creating visual echoes of the scene the viewers are emerged within. Audio recorded as participants move through the installation piece is captured, algorithmically altered, and replayed back to them. In the concluding section of the piece, dancers move throughout the space, responding to the audio the audience has helped to create.
