Single Channel Video. 3:50 minutes. 2025.

Unheard is a dance-for-camera work in which contemporary dance is used to contrast the delicate beauty of a spider’s web to the tangled mess that technology and industrialization has made of our world. The dancer’ world turns sideways, literally, once she joins the earth and this leads to her becoming entangled in a cargo net – a symbol of our need to have too much “stuff.”
